His granddaughter Janina married Ismail Oezen, a Kurdish-German boxer, they have two children.

His daughter Katharina married Nathan A. Bernstein. They live in New York City and have two sons. Nick was arrested in 2019, for spreading nude photos and non-consensual sex.
