Jordan Peele’s family tree

Jordan Haworth Peele is an American actor, comedian and filmmaker. He is best known for his television and film work in the comedy and horror genres.

Through his mother, Lucinda Williams, Peele is descended from the colonial Woodhull family, whose prominent members include Revolutionary war heroes Brigadier General Nathaniel Woodhull and Culper Ring Spy Abraham Woodhull (the latter of whom is his first cousin, 8 times removed).
