Chief Agbani Darego, MFR is a Nigerian model and beauty queen who was crowned Miss World in 2001. She was the first indigenous African to win Miss World.

Asenite Sikibo Darego
Late chief Asenite Sikibo Darego died at the Meridian Hospital, D/line Port-Harcourt (and not in London as earlier broadcast by a lot of media houses) and was buried on the 24th of March 2012 in his hometown, Abonnema in Rivers state.
