Najib Razak is the eldest son of the former Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Abdul Razak Hussein and is the sixth Prime Minister himself. He was attributed the tittle ‘Father of Human Capital Developement’ and served Malaysia from 2009 to 2018. He was charged with money laundering which centers around the 1 Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal. The Malaysian and United States of America (US) authorities attest that 4.5 Billion USD was pocketed and used to fund their personal spendings. Currently he is facing a potential of upto 20 years imprisonment.

His wife Rosmah Mansor, former first lady and also touted as the ‘Bag Lady’. The media was in an uproar due to her extravagant Birkin Bag and jewelry collection. She was also involved alongside her husband in embezzling the state held funds. She has two childrens from her previous marriage: Azrene Soraya and Riza Aziz.
